Changed your mind? Return unused gear within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

  • Message us with your order number
  • We send you a prepaid return label (EU)
  • Pack the item unused, with tags and original packaging
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return

Exceptions

Skis with mounted bindings and items used on snow cannot be returned unless faulty.

Warranty

All products include the statutory two-year EU warranty.
