Orders
When you place an order we store your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items, the payment method and any note in our order database, and you can also send the order to us by WhatsApp or email. We use these details to process, deliver and support your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep them as long as tax and commercial law requires, usually up to 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Customer account
If you create an account we store your email address, your password (only as a secure hash, never readable), your name, phone number, saved addresses, newsletter choice and when you last logged in. You can change these in your account and ask us to delete the account at any time; we do so within 30 days. Orders are kept as described above.
Service providers
- Supabase (database and log-in), which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check on log-in and sign-up forms that helps block bots. It processes your IP address and technical browser data.
- Our email provider, to send account emails such as confirmation and password reset links.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to send or discuss your order there.
- Google Fonts: this site loads its fonts from Google, which transmits your IP address to Google.
- Our web hosting provider, which keeps short-lived technical logs to deliver and protect the site.
Stored on your device
Your cart, the orders sent from this browser and, if you log in, your login session are kept in your browser's local storage. They are needed for the shop to work and are never used for tracking. You can clear them on the cookie settings page.
Newsletter
We only send news and offers if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click or in your account.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data and to object to its use. Contact us at the address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
