These terms apply to all orders placed with Winter Sportz.
Contract
The products on this site are an invitation to order. Placing an order at checkout is your offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or WhatsApp, usually within one working day, after checking stock and sizes.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you order. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Western Union or Ria; we send the payment details with the order confirmation. Goods ship once payment has arrived.
Delivery
We deliver within the EU and to the countries listed at checkout, usually within the delivery time shown on the site after payment.
Binding mounting
If you book binding mounting, we mount the binding and set the release value according to ISO 11088 using the details you give at checkout. Please make sure they are correct and have the setting checked by a ski shop if your details change.
Customer account
Keep your password private. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving reasons; we extend this to 30 days for unused items. See the withdrawal information and form.
