Buying advice

Who is the Armada Locator 104 for?

The Armada Locator 104 is a freeride ski for confident intermediate to expert skiers. At 104 mm underfoot it floats in fresh snow and stays calm in chopped-up, variable terrain; on hard, icy pistes it takes more effort than a narrower ski.

Which Armada Locator 104 length should I choose?

Available in 186 cm. The table below rounds the usual rule of thumb to the lengths this ski comes in.

Suggested length by height and level
Your height	Beginner	Intermediate	Advanced
180 cm (5′11″)	–	–	186 cm
185 cm (6′1″)	–	–	186 cm
190 cm (6′3″)	–	186 cm	186 cm
195 cm (6′5″)	186 cm	186 cm	–
200 cm (6′7″)	186 cm	186 cm	–

Heavier, faster or more confident skiers can choose one size longer. See the ski size chart for more.

Not really. At 104 mm underfoot it is made for intermediate to expert skiers in soft snow; beginners learn faster on narrower, softer skis.

What length Armada Locator 104 should I get?

It comes in 186 cm. As a rule of thumb, beginners choose about 15 cm shorter than their height, intermediates about 10 cm shorter and advanced skiers around their own height.
