    The Kästle Paragon 101 is a freeride ski for confident intermediate to expert skiers. At 101 mm underfoot it floats in fresh snow and stays calm in chopped-up, variable terrain; on hard, icy pistes it takes more effort than a narrower ski.

    Not really. At 101 mm underfoot it is made for intermediate to expert skiers in soft snow; beginners learn faster on narrower, softer skis.
