Which brake width?

Choose a brake at least as wide as your ski's waist and no more than about 15 mm wider. On every ski page we preselect bindings that fit.

Release value (DIN)

Your release value depends on weight, height, age, boot sole length and skier type. Add mounting and our technicians set it to ISO 11088.

Which ski binding brake width do I need?

Choose a brake at least as wide as your ski's waist and no more than about 15 mm wider. A 100 mm ski, for example, needs a 100–115 mm brake.

What DIN setting do I need?

It depends on your weight, height, age, boot sole length and skier type, and is set according to ISO 11088. Add binding mounting at checkout and we set it for you.

What is a hybrid touring binding?

A binding that walks uphill like a touring binding and skis downhill with full alpine release, such as the Salomon/Atomic Shift or Marker Duke PT.
